ITC Summer Institute

Designed for middle and high school teachers who wish to implement Holocaust and genocide studies in their classroom, this three-day hands-on workshop will explore the content and methodologies for teaching the history of the Holocaust as well as contemporary issues associated with genocide. Activities include presentations from survivors, scholars and experienced educators as well as a tour of the UTSA student exhibit, Faces of Survival. This workshop is presented in partnership with the UTSA Department of History and the Institute of Texas Cultures.
