WWII Occupation of France: Hidden Children

For the 2022 Texas Holocaust Remembrance Week, the HMMSA is leading a community-wide effort to offer twenty special topic presentations. The focus of the lectures will be on instilling in the students, educators, and general audience Elie Wiesel’s message that “the opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference.”

Join Dr. Eileen Angelini from SUNY Empire State College for a presentation entitled: WWII Occupation of France: Hidden Children

"This address will utilize excerpts from the documentary France Divided to discuss life in Nazi-Occupied France during World War II. It will focus on the lives of three children who lived in hiding during this dangerous time."
